General Concept of the Spiritual Center Responsible People The department responsible for the Spiritual Center is the Department of Witness and Catechesis of the World Youth Day Office, which has coordinated the location of the Center with various institutions and communities. Those responsible for the realization of the content and focus which each separate Church will have will remain the same throughout the week. Individual creative elements could be assumed by different alternating groups.
